Don has been employed in Agricultural Finance since 1979. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University – Mankato with a degree in Business with a concentration in Business Finance. He is also the past Sales Team Leader for the AgStar Swine Industry and has extensive experience in sales, underwriting, and closing of large livestock, grain, and food processing syndicated credit facilities. Advanced knowledge of loan structure and market synergies of syndicated agricultural transactions including food processing, swine, real estate investment, vineyard, cash grain, timber, telecommunications, energy, and poultry operations. Don has also established a vast level of contacts in the Banking and Investment Industries throughout the U.S.  Current Sales Leadership role is to maintain a strong diversified portfolio of Agricultural Credits and to continue to advance industry and leadership knowledge and abilities.
