Enrolling in AgStar's New Online Banking
Enrolling takes about 15 minutes. Please be sure to go through the initial entire enrollment process from the same computer. This includes the "soft token" process that will need to be emailed to you.
Before enrolling, be sure your computer has the required system software. The Online Banking system requires Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Java Plugin version 1.4 or higher and Adobe Acrobat Reader to review the Online Banking Agreement.
System Requirements - Be sure you have the appropriate software before enrolling.

Enter your Customer Number and your SSN or EIN.
Click Continue.
- Verify:
Enter loan, lease, bond or related services information.
Create a username and password.
Enter your e-mail address and select OLB preference.
Answer the "Would you like to ..." question.
Click Continue.
- Agree to terms:
Read and e-sign agreement.
Click Continue.
- Finish:
After you have enrolled, you will receive an email confirmation before you can log in and use the new online banking system. Once you recieve the email confirmation, you can log in to the new system at www.AgStar.com/0nlinebanking.
*Note: It may take up to an hour for your enrollment to process successfully.
First Time Login into NEW Online Banking
You will no longer be using the link to the old online banking system.
- Click here or bookmark http://www.AgStar.com/onlinebanking
or use Secure Login link in the upper right of this website (while we are transitioning to the new site there will be an additional webpage providing links to both login and enrollment to the new site. In the future, this link will take you directly to the new Online Banking).
- Type in your Username and Password.
- Click the Login button.
- Complete the information on the Token Registration page.
An activation key will be emailed to the address you enter on this page.
- Complete the information on the Token Activation page.
• Activation Key will be emailed to the address you entered in Step 4.
• Enter and re-enter a Soft Token PIN. Must be 6-8 digits, and no digits must be used more than 2 times.
• Answer the security questions. These will be used if you forget your Soft Token PIN or need to reactivate.
• If you’re using a public computer (library, Internet café, etc.), check the box to indicate that this is a one-time login.
- Answer the Forgot Password questions. These will be used to reset your password if you forget it in the future.
• The Online Banking Home Page is displayed.
