Welcome to AgStar's New Internet Banking!
It's here! On July 20, 2011, after 18 months of evaluating, documenting, developing, adapting, and internal testing, we are very happy to introduce the new Internet Banking platform!

FIRST TIME LOGIN:

1. Click 'Internet Banking Login' in upper right.
2. Enter Login ID.
   This is the same Login ID you currently use.
3. Enter your temporary password.
   See your packet of information for this one-time password. If you do not have the packet or need assistance, please contact ACES at 800.705.6603.
4. Select Images/Phrases and Questions for extra security reassurances.
   The image and phrase you select will be displayed each time you login. At future logins, if the image and phrase are not the ones you selected, DO NOT enter your password. Contact ACES immediately at 800-705-6603.
   Your answers to the security questions will be used to verify your identity should you forget your password and provide additional security when you login.
5. Create new password: for future use.
6. Read and accept the disclaimer.
7. Verify your profile information.
   If the information displayed is correct, click on Verify Profile. If you need to make changes, click on Update Profile.
8. You are logged in.

DAILY LOGIN PROCESS: (after first time login)

1. Click 'Internet Banking Login'  in the upper right corner. 
2. Enter your Login ID.
   (For security reasons, you may be prompted to answer one of the security questions you selected at account set-up.)
3. Enter your password.
   Enter the password you created during the Account Set-up. This will be the password to use to login to AgStar Internet Banking. Your Login Image and Login Phrase will display on this screen. If either of these are not correct, do not enter your password. Contact ACES at 800-705-6603 immediately.
