At AgStar, one of the guiding principles is to provide world-class service and experiences. Unfortunately, our current Online Banking system, implemented in September, does not live up to this principle. That is why AgStar is working diligently to pursue two paths:
- Continue to support and improve the current system to the best of our ability. This system was developed with several associations, including AgStar, and is managed by the collective group and our funding bank. We will continue to work with this group to provide enhancements and improve the system to resolve current and ongoing issues.
- Select and implement a new Online Banking system in the next 12-18 months. Implementing our own Online Banking system will allow us greater control over online banking services and will provide a faster, more consistent and easier to navigate system that is responsive to your needs.
