1. Eligibility: The agstar.com Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older as of May 1, 2009. Employees of AgStar (“Sponsor”), and AgriBank, and any other individual or company involved in the development, promotion, or execution of the Sweepstakes, including advertising, promotional and service agencies, are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on June 1, 2009, and ending at 11:59:59 PM CT on August 30, 2009 (“Promotion Period”), registrations will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries will be accepted daily, meaning one (1) entry per day per entrant will be accepted into the Sweepstakes Drawing during the June 1, 2009 to August 30, 2009 timeframe. You may enter online at agstar.com. Entries will not carry over to the following month. Entries in each month are good for that month’s drawing only.

To Enter without going online: Hand-print your first name, last name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, e-mail address (if available), day and evening telephone numbers, and complete birth date (including year of birth) on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it first class to AgStar Financial Services, “AgStar.com Sweepstakes” Alternate Means of Entry,” 1921 Premier Dr., Mankato, MN  56001. One mail-in entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes Drawing for the day the mail-in entry is postmarked provided it is received by the end date of promotion for that month (July 8^th for June drawing, August 8^th for July drawing, September 8^th for August drawing, 2009).  Limit one (1) submission per outer postmarked envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail.

3. Drawings: One random drawing will be conducted on or around on the 15^th of July, August and September  2009, selecting one name from online and alternative (mail in) entries. Alternate entries postmarked between the first of the month and the last day of the month and  received by the 8^th of the following month (2009) will be included in the drawing. One Grand Prize will be awarded each month (3 total), see table below. One for June entrants, one winner for July entrants, and one winner for August entrants. Drawings will be conducted by AgStar in a random and non-identifiable manner.  

 4. Odds: Estimated odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes of a Lenovo Laptop Computer will be awarded. All laptops will be stock computers and will not include any additional/optional equipment/packages. AgStar will not warranty the equipment, winner must seek manufacturer. Total approximate retail value of all prizes $1,920.00.

6. Prize Restrictions: Prizes won by eligible individuals who are not of the age of majority under the laws of their state of residence ("minors") shall be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all documentation. No substitutions or cash equivalents permitted except at Sponsor's option for a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the prizes and to the use of prizes not specified are the responsibility of winners. (3) Grand Prize winners must respond to AgStar’s inquiries by November 15, 2009 or their prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winnings will be delivered by a representative of AgStar to each winner's residence, unless outside of Minnesota/Wisconsin, in which case the prize will be mailed. Winners must take delivery within 30 days of notification of availability or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. Notification of Winners: Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone and email. They will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, within a specified time after prize notification. Failure to timely return required documents, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one Prize per person.

8. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless AgStar Financial Services, from all liability claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and their acceptance, use or misuse of prize. By participating, winners agree to acceptance and use of a prize, to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes in all media without compensation, except where prohibited.

9. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes at any time with or without notice to entrants or Shareholders if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. Official Rules Requests: For a copy of the full Official Rules, print this page from your computer. Or, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 1921 Premier Dr., Mankato, MN  56001 Official Rules Request must be received by August 30, 2009.

11. Winners List: For the names of the prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 1921 Premier Dr., Mankato, MN  56001. Winners List Requests must be received by January 1, 2010. Winners’ lists will be sent on or about January 15, 2010 or after all winners have been notified and verified.
