Wesley Beck is a self-employed hog producer, Holstein beef and crop farmer in St. James, Minnesota. He serves as Vice Chair of the Madelia/Lake Crystal Insurance Company; a member of the St. James Medical Center Foundation Board; Watonwan County Pork, Corn and Soybean Producers; Minnesota Soybean Processors; and Heron Lake Bio-energy. Wesley was first elected to the Board in 2008 and his term expires in 2014.
David Bollman is a self-employed dairy and grain farmer in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Dave has three years of previous experience on the AgStar Board. He was re-elected to the Board in 2004 and his term expires in 2013.
Kaye Compart is a self-employed swine seedstock operation farmer in Nicollet, Minnesota. She is the past president of the University of Minnesota College of Ag Alumni Board and past chairman of the Nicollet County Planning and Zoning Board. Kaye was first elected to the Board in 2001 and her term expires in 2012.
Terry Ebeling is a self-employed grain and livestock farmer in Owatonna, Minnesota. He serves as a director of Al-Corn of Claremont, MN, an ethanol cooperative. Terry is a member of the Corn and Soybean Growers Associations. Mr. Ebeling was first elected to the Board in 1993 and his term expires in 2013.
Spencer Enninga, Vice Chairperson of the Board, is a self-employed grain and livestock farmer in Fulda, Minnesota. He is a member of the Corn and Soybean Growers Associations, as well as a member/owner of corn and soybean processing plants. Spencer was first elected to the Board in 2005 and his term expires in 2014.
Dale Holmgren is a self-employed grain and livestock farmer in North Mankato, Minnesota. He is President of Svin Hus, Inc., a swine operation. Dale was first elected to the Board in 2001 and his term expires in 2013.
Steven Johnson is a self-employed grain farmer in Windom, Minnesota. He is a past director of the New Vision Cooperative of Worthington, Minnesota; Windom Area Hospital Foundation Board Member; is a past member of CoBank Nominating Committee; and has served on the Land O’Lakes Advisory Council. Steve was first elected to the Board in 2004 and his term expires in 2013.
William Kiehne is a self-employed grain and livestock farmer in Harmony, Minnesota. Mr. Kiehne is also President of Central Fillmore Foods (swine operation) in Harmony, MN. Bill was first elected to the Board in 1988 and his term expires in 2014.
Kevin Koppendrayer is a self-employed crop farmer in Princeton, Minnesota. He is the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee. Kevin is a member of the Food Resource Bank Committee, East Central Electric Cooperative, Cenex Harvest States Cooperative, Federated Cooperative, and Centra-Sota Cooperative. Kevin was first elected to the Board in 2006 and his term expires in 2012.
David Kretzschmar is a self-employed dairy, forage and grain farmer in Mellen, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Holstein Association and National Holstein Association. David was first elected to the Board in 2002 and his term expires in 2014.
Bill McCue is a self-employed corn and soybean farmer in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. Bill, together with his son, Tom, represent fifth and sixth generation McCue farmers in the area. He has 30+ years experience as a CPA and business valuation consultant. Bill was first elected to the Board in 2007 and his term expires in 2013.
Greg Nelson is a self-employed grain and livestock farmer in Spring Valley, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Elmwood, Wisconsin Economic Development Committee; President of the Elmwood School Board and Director on the Wisconsin Beef Council. Greg was first elected to the Board in 1986 and his term expires in 2014.
Kent Ringkob is a self-employed crop farmer in Jackson, MN. He is a member of the American Soybean Association, National Corn Growers Association, Farm Bureau and I90 Wind Farm. Mr. Ringkob was first elected to the Board in 2006 and his term expires in 2012.
Lawrence Romauld, Outside Director, has been employed with Cooperatives Resources International since 1986 and currently serves as Vice President, Finance-Treasurer. He also worked for Morning Glory Farms, a milk processing cooperative, for 12 years prior. Mr. Romuald is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin and has held numerous leadership roles with the Institute of Management Accountants and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (currently serving as National President). He is the Vice Chairman of the Farm Credit Foundation Plan Sponsor Committee. Mr. Romuald was first appointed to the Board in 2006 and his term expires in 2012.
Lowell Schafer, Chairperson of the Board, is a self-employed beef and hog farmer from Goodhue, Minnesota. He is a member of the local, state and national Cattlemen’s Association and Pork Producers. Lowell was first elected to the Board in 2003 and his term expires in 2012.
Rick Sommers is a self-employed dairy farmer in Waseca, Minnesota. He operates Sommertime Dairy. Rick is a graduate of the Minnesota Agriculture Rural and Leadership – Class I (MARL). Mr. Sommers was first elected to the Board in 2006 and his term expires in 2012.
