AgStar Scholars Program
The AgStar Scholars Program provides education, support and insight to students interested in agricultural financing or agricultural-related careers.
We partner with the University of Minnesota – St. Paul and the University of Wisconsin – River Falls to offer this integrated scholarship program.
The AgStar Scholars Program includes:
- AgStar Scholar Scholarships – A $2,000 scholarship awarded to each student in the program and dispersed during the fall semester of senior year.
- Orientation Session – A one-day seminar held to provide an overview of agricultural financing in general, and AgStar in particular.
- Guest Lectures – AgStar executives will present lectures focusing on specific areas within agricultural financing.
- Internships – Scholars have the first opportunity for a paid internship with AgStar. Assignment could cover credit, sales or special projects during the course of a 10 to 12-week period.
