AgStar is proud to present the second in a series of educational seminars just for women: From the Inside Out!
Join AgStar as we take a look at the real world of women’s health. Learn fresh new ways to put our strengths to work to achieve success…and, enjoy the company of just women in a fun, practical series structured to delight and inform.
All seminars will feature two of today’s most dynamic speakers - Jolene Brown and Kathy Brown.

Jolene Brown, (an AgStar favorite!), returns to the seminars to present Stand Up! Step Out! Achieve!
From thought to action, from ideas to influence—it’s time we utilize our strengths, work with others and get things done. This fun-filled, eye-opening session will explore the critical difference between those who sustain and those who advance and achieve. We’ll take a practical look at the behaviors and “commercials” of successful achievers. We’ll increase our confidence as we learn the value of intentional self-presentation, positioning and partnering. With lots of interaction, real life examples and a whole lot of fun, we’ll practice the skills necessary to Stand Up! Step Out! Achieve!

Our health is our wealth, so why not get rich? Increasing your quality of life starts with an awareness of certain warning signs so you can quickly treat a condition. Delay in treatment can have costly consequences, as many who tried to tough it out have learned. Learn first-hand the prevention skills and the warning signs every woman should recognize for cancer, heart disease, reflux, insomnia, depression and stress. You’ll discover how to laugh with life as we open our minds to the wealth available by maximizing our health. |
